This coaching process is for you if you:

    • Have received a diagnosis and want to get to the root cause of the issue
    • Have received unsatisfactory blood test results and have been advised to make lifestyle changes
    • You know that somethings up – you’re feeling different, anxious or fatigued, you are not sure what your issues are but know that you need to do something.

PREVENTION

A Prevention Coaching process is for you if you have a family history of any of the major chronic diseases or your lifestyle is such that you may develop a chronic condition and you want to minimise your risk.

There is a strong focus here on preventing type 2 diabetes and Alzheimer’s/Dementia which is now being referred to as type 3 diabetes as it stems in many instances from the same root causes, and in making your body an unwelcome place for cancers to flourish and avoiding cardiovascular disease

OPTIMISATION

You are healthy and well, but you want to take your life to the next level and suck all the juice out of it and for this you need to feel young, energetic, strong and resilient no matter what your chronological age then this coaching process is for you!

In all instances I use Functional Medicine tools and assessments to identify dietary and lifestyle patterns contributing to, or which could contribute to, a client’s current or future state of health.
Together we work on solutions, and using the coaching process to inform, educate and support the client about the health challenges identified, the client takes ownership of his/her own health as we restore, balance and optimise wellbeing.
